Include your account email, device and operating-system version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, reset links, sign-in codes, private film links, or athlete footage.
Account access
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. Reset emails come from PlaySense AI <[email protected]>. If you cannot receive or complete a reset, contact support from your account email when possible. Never forward the reset link.
Current test availability
Access is currently limited to private owner testing with fictional teams. Public registration, outside invitations, cloud-video processing, and paid AI are not enabled in this test build. December 19, 2026 remains the target launch; phone and app-store acceptance are still pending.
Recording preparation
A phone, iPad, or GoPro can record locally. Use landscape orientation, keep the court in view, and keep the original file. Confirm recording permission before filming. Do not send real youth footage to the current owner-test environment.
Privacy or account deletion
For a privacy concern, email support with the subject “PlaySense AI privacy request.” See the privacy review draft and account-deletion request instructions. You do not need app access to contact support.
