Privacy review draft

Data handling in the current PlaySense AI private owner test.

Operator and scope

PlaySense AI is a product of Chlolin Systems. This draft covers the current owner-only test, which uses fictional team and athlete records. Public youth, family, school, and recruiter onboarding is not open. It does not authorize uploading real youth data or footage.

Information in the current test

Camera and microphone access is relevant only when you choose a supported recording action and grant device permission. Cloud video and paid AI are disabled in the current owner-review build; testing a local recording does not establish a working cloud upload.

Why information is used

Account information supports sign-in, password recovery, access restrictions, support, and security. Fictional records support development and testing of the volleyball film-to-practice workflow. Support messages are used to investigate and respond to your request.

Access and infrastructure

The current hosted owner test uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for application hosting and its API, and the existing Chlolin Google Workspace for email. The app is limited to owner access; external invitations are paused.

Team-role, guardian-link, consent, and recruiter controls are still undergoing acceptance review. Their presence in code or synthetic tests does not establish approval for real youth or school use.

Recording, consent, and coaching

Real team recording and youth-data use require accepted authorization and privacy operations before broader testing. Those operations are still being reviewed. Film-derived suggestions must not be presented as proven automated coaching. Coaches and explicitly authorized analysts review and correct evidence according to their permissions.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion. See account-deletion instructions for an email request option that does not require signing in.

Live account-deletion requests are disabled in the owner-review web build. Its account-deletion screen is a confirmation and status preview. No production erasure or provider-cleanup completion is claimed by this draft.

Retention decisions still under review

Before public launch, the owner must approve the data categories removed or retained, shared team-record handling, any legal or security exceptions, backup handling, and request-processing and retention periods. This draft makes no fixed deletion deadline or unlimited-storage promise.

Contact and final policy

Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. A final policy, with approved public-service practices and an effective date, must replace this review draft before public onboarding or store submission.
