Email an account-deletion request
Send to [email protected] with the subject “PlaySense AI account deletion request.” Use your account email if possible and identify the account you want deleted. If you cannot access that mailbox, explain that so support can arrange an identity check.
The button opens your email app; you must send the message yourself. Opening this page or the email draft does not submit a request or delete data. Do not send passwords, reset links, identity documents, or athlete footage in the initial message.

What your request covers
Ask for deletion of your PlaySense AI account and the personal data associated with it. Support must verify account ownership before processing a request. Account removal, personal content, shared team records, consent and security records, and infrastructure copies need separate review; deleting an account must not be described as automatically deleting every shared team record.
Processing and retention
Production processing, provider cleanup, retained-data categories, retention periods, and any legal exceptions remain under owner review. No completion deadline is approved or promised on this draft. Support must explain the proposed scope and any retained information before a production deletion workflow is offered.
If you manage a team or organization, tell support so any ownership-transfer requirements can be reviewed. Support can also help with a privacy concern involving a child or an incorrectly linked account.
